		house description: Our cottage (95sqm - with sauna) situated at the outskirts of Zemitz. The nearest neighbor is far enough away so that your views can track the sun from sunrise to sunset. If you love peace, then you will feel on the 3,000 sqm property with pond, fruit trees and a Bentjeshecke well.
		pricing conditions: Prices range from 40 € (2 persons, no season) to 85 € (6 or more persons, high season). The sauna costs depend on the electricity consumed. Usually they are in a 4-hour sauna session at 9 €. In winter, heating costs will be charged separately.
